KATE WINSLET SAID, NO WOMEN IN MY LIFE WERE POSITIVE ABOUT BODY IMAGE

Setting a superior illustration! Kate Winslet has long been a champion of grasping her curves, hammering British GQ in 2009 for Photoshopping her to seem slimmer. In any case, in her up and coming July 27 scene of Running Wild With Bear Grylls, the Oscar winner, 39, opened up about the battles she’s confronted in terms of her body.
“When I grew up, I never heard encouraging feedback about body image from any female in my life,” she tells Grylls in a selective sneak look from the NBC show. “I just heard negatives. That is exceptionally harming, in light of the fact that then you’re customized as a young lady to promptly investigate yourself and what you look like.”
Being a mother of three kids, including her 14-year-old daughter, Mia, Winslet chose to take an alternate methodology when raising her kids.
“Istand in front of the mirror and say to Mia, ‘We are so fortunate we have a shape. We’re so fortunate we’re curvy. We’re so fortunate we’ve got great bums,'” Winslet notes. “Also, she’ll say, ‘mom, I know, say thanks to God.'”
